  • Jacob Schatz

    Co-Founder / CTO

    Jacob is a seasoned software architect and builder. He has collaborated directly with CTOs and CEOs at GitLab, Netlify, Remote.com, and Mural to design and scale high-impact platforms. As co-founder of two successful startups—MyCaseBuilder and Codestubs (an early precursor to Replit)—he brings a proven track record of creating developer-centric tools that simply work. Drawing on this extensive experience, Jacob now leads the technical vision at 1Medium, transforming bold ideas into robust, user-friendly solutions.

  • Joseph Magan

    Co-Founder / CEO

    Joseph drives the company's vision and strategy. With an extensive background in product management, entrepreneurship, software development, and a deep understanding of user needs, he is dedicated to creating a product that people love. He previously worked at Evergreen Venture Capital and Red Hat’s R&D branch in Israel. Joseph graduated from a Virginia Tech and has an MBA from Bar Ilan University in Israel.
